E-commerce development and commercial canvassing trainee

Job Context

The intern will be involved in the development of Saly Service's e-commerce branch, mainly by using the FEERE platform to put merchants' stores online. He/she will also be responsible for canvassing retailers in the mining merchants in the mining sector, with a view to convincing them to create an account and manage their online store on the FEERE platform.

Job Responsibility

• 1.development and management of merchants' presence on FEERE : Help merchants put their stores online on the FEERE platform. Support merchants in creating their profiles and showcasing their products
• services. Ensure that stores are properly referenced and optimized for visibility on the platform. 2.commercial canvassing of merchants in the mining sector : Identify potential merchants in the mining sector and make them aware of the advantages of online sales via FEERE. Contact merchants by phone, email or in person to present the platform and the benefits of joining FEERE. Organize meetings to present the FEERE platform and its features. Monitor the progress of canvassing and follow up with interested merchants. 3 Training and support for merchants : Provide personalized follow-up for merchants who encounter difficulties using the platform. Organize training sessions to help them optimize their store and online sales. Answer merchants' routine questions and provide technical or sales support. 4 Reporting and continuous improvement: Ensure regular reporting of actions undertaken and results obtained to his
• her manager. Participate in follow-up meetings to discuss progress and propose improvement strategies.

Educational Requirement

• Bac +2 minimum (commerce, marketing, gestion, ou e-commerce).

Experience Requirement

• - Good command of IT tools (Internet, office suite, project management tools).
• - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their management.
• - Negotiation and sales skills.
• - Ability to persuade and adapt one's discourse to suit the target audience.
• - Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills.
• - Good writing and communication skills.
• - Must be able to drive

• - Previous experience or internship in e-commerce or online sales.
• - Knowledge of the mining sector (a plus).
• - Fluency in a foreign language (depending on target, English or other).
